Informedy is looking for an experienced marketing professional to drive high performing demand generation programs and marketing funnel optimization tactics that consistently produce high quality leads for sales.

In this role, you will be responsible for many different inbound marketing tactics that create demand for sales including but not limited to email marketing, nurture program creation, search engine optimization, landing page conversion, content creation, online advertising, and more.

You will be responsible for all stages of the buyer's journey and expected to oversee a data driven marketing, advertising, and traffic strategy.

You should excel at writing high conversion copy on our corporate site, emails, social media, landing pages as well as digging deeply into analytics.

Although this role is digital in its focus, many offline marketing tactics will be utilized and tested including events, direct mail and other tactics.

Desired Skills and Experience:


  • Implement content marketing strategies to support all parts of marketing and sales funnel, including lead generation objectives
  • Manage lead acquisition campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust accordingly
  • Create and publish all marketing materials in line with marketing strategy.Ensure lead nurturing programs are supported for all inbound and outbound marketing initiatives
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email content and other digital channels
  • Manage and create content for social media accounts (Facebook Pages, Twitter Accounts, LinkedIn, etc.),
  • Utilize search engine marketing tactics to generate site traffic and convert site traffic through call to actions, landing pages, and lead generation content
  • Track and report on campaign performance data
  • Monitor and analyze lead behaviour to understand inbound marketing activity and buyer's journey, continually review process to ensure customer support
  • Forecast and track annual marketing budget, advise on fund allocation for paid advertising
  • Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing


  • 4-6 years experience, preferably in a startup environment
  • Experience supporting multiple brands concurrently
  • Ability to self-start and work independently
  • Experience working with multiple marketing automation tools such as Hubspot and Pardot
  • Experience working with creative suites an asset (Adobe, InVision, Sketch)
